  9. sales of parking scatch cards, magnetic cards and parking subscriptions for the Bologna city area
  10. billing
  11. replacement of duplicate season tickets
  12. issuing of subscriptions and replacement photocards for senior citizens
  13. payment of fines
  14. receipts and change from automatic ticket machines
  15. payment for unused tickets due to errors in validation
  16. distribution of timetables
  17. distribution and/or sales of ATC material
  18. merchandising

Customer services

Customer Services puts passengers in touch with qualified ATC personnel for comments, suggestions and complaints.

Meetings take place Tuesdays and Thursdays; from 15.00 until 19.00 at ATCittà via IV Novembre (excluding holidays and the months of August, September and October).

It's possible to fix an appointment by phoning 051 290 290 every day from 07.00 until 20.00.
