Quality and environment

ATC has developed and maintained an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 system of quality and environmental care, certified in 1998; the direction of the company towards a policy based on quality and the development of the system has enabled constant monitoring of the quality of the ATC service in order to reach the company's targets.

Mission statement

• To meet the expectations of public mobility keeping its clients as a constant point of reference;
• To supply its services while improving the quality of life and of the environment;
• To monitor and improve the qualitative results and to issue, annually, the qualitative parameters in order to allow them to be judged and improved upon;
• To be a company working efficiently and economically, that recognises its suppliers as important members of the team helping to reach the objectives;
• To achieve this, ATC management considers its employees its most important asset;
• To choose as its quality and environmental standrd, ISO9000 and 14000 certification.

Company policy

ATC intends to guarantee the right to mobility whilst respecting the health of citizens and the environment.

The company continues a policy of limited energy consumption and of reducing the causes of environmental pollution, in harmony with the principle national standards and taking into account the needs of the local population.

For these reasons, ATC is convinced by the need to tackle global environmental issues and adheres to a system of environmental care according to UNI EN ISO 14001international standard certification.

ATC is aware of its responsibilities with regard to the environment and undertakes to base its policy and strategy on actions necessary to fulfill its obligations.

ATC, in order to more efficiently manage its system of environmental care has created a commitee that provides for:

• co-ordination and management of environmental improvements;
• planning, managing and co-ordinating a system for the evaluation of environmental issues;
• develop adequate standards and procedures to operate in the area environmental care; promote the participation of all employees; check that all personnel are aware of the issue.
