Some tickets for occasional users
Here follows a brief list of tickets which can be of interest to people who stay in Bologna (urban area) for one or some days.
Bus shuttle (Aerobus)
This ticket is valid on Aerobus (bus shuttle) and for 60 minutes even on urban buses. It costs 5,00 Euro, and it can be purchased on board. No other ticket is valid for this service.
Single ticket
Single ticket costs 1,00 Euro and it is valid 60 minutes (70 if validated between 20.30 and 6.30; 90 minutes during the two-week-reduced-service in mid-August).
One day ticket
One day ticket costs 3,00 Euro and it is valid until Midnight of the day of validation.
City pass
City Pass is a ticket which can be validated 10 times, and each validation corresponds to one single ticket. (If you travel with another person you can validate the ticket twice, and so on). It costs 8,50 Euro.

Where to buy tickets
Tickets can be purchased in several shops (newspaper sellers, tobacconists, cafes). Maybe you can have problem in finding Eco Days in most of them, however we have Atcittà points (information and ticket center) in central locations (railway station, coach station, city center), and you can find all the tickets there.
Single tickets can generally be purchased on board. A green or red plate near the entrance door indicates if the service is available: don't get on the bus without your ticket if the red plate is exposed.
